Before using USTAAD Typing Academy, make sure your system meets the following requirements.

Desktop Version Requirements​

Operating System​

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 (recommended)
  • Windows 7 and 8 (supported with limitations)

Hardware​

  • Minimum 2 GB RAM
  • Basic keyboard (laptop or external)
  • Minimum 200 MB free storage

Web Version Requirements​

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox

Internet​

  • Stable internet connection required

For the best experience:

  • Use the desktop version on Windows 10 or 11
  • Use a physical keyboard for better typing accuracy
  • Ensure stable performance with minimal background apps
